This newly-completed, 3 bedroom cabin is located just off of Sugarberry road, minutes from everything in this wonderful little town of Hochatown (aka Broken Bow). It's just close enough that all amenities are within arm’s length when needed, but the cabin is tucked away perfectly in the woods, giving you a feeling of seclusion and peacefulness. If you’re looking for the most beautifully cultivated lodge with whimsical décor throughout, this is your spot. 

The Dapper Deer will comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The Master bedroom located on the first floor features a spacious king size bed, luxury linens, a walk-in closet, and smart TV. The adjoining bathroom suite has a high end shower and soaking tub, a double vanity, and a walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bunkbed (full on bottom/twin on top). The upstairs bedrooms share a large bathroom with a shower and tub combo and vanity with a very spacious countertop.

The living room is the heart of the house and is furnished to provide you with a place for great conversations, Netflix binges, or that perfect afternoon nap. The large sectional has deep cushion seating for maximum comfort and can seat up to 8 people! Plus, there is additional seating so there’s ample room for the whole gang. Enjoy our Smart TV with Sonos soundbar which is great for watching movies or streaming music. Are nights getting cooler? Our electric fireplace provides nice heating and great aesthetics for that just-right social media post.

In the state-of-the-art kitchen, you will find an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and enough stove and countertop space for preparing a romantic dinner or entertaining family and friends. Most importantly, we have all your coffee needs covered. We provide a bevy of breakfast beverage bits, including creamers, sugar, and syrups for the perfect morning sipping. You can choose to brew a whole pot or to do a single serving K-cup. 

You can access the covered main deck patio area from the master bedroom and living room. While enjoying the outdoors you can watch your favorite show on the smart TV located over the fireplace. The beautiful deck includes a covered hot tub located at the rear of the deck for privacy. A part of the deck is uncovered which is a perfect space for outdoor games. You will also find a gas grill just perfect for grilling a feast for all your friends and family.

Have a glass of wine while reading your favorite author or just look out to enjoy the captivating natural surroundings. However you choose to spend your next trip, The Dapper Deer is the perfect place to relax and make lifelong memories!

♦︎ Boat Slip - The cabin is approximately an 8-15 min drive from Broken Bow Lake, where you can locate a public shared boat slip.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 (adults, children 2+)  Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. 

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back stairs cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.

No Pets                   No Smoking or Vaping of any kind                    No Fireworks Permitted       

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

A $400 security deposit will be held on your card during your stay and released 2 days after your departure pending no damages or missing items.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
